The terms, in plain language.

1. The service

NOTIVIVE is a Personal Attention OS for Android. It occasionally shows short, useful interventions (learning, language, AI tips, creative prompts, resets, tiny movements, goal steps, and reflections) based on high-level usage patterns and the goals you choose. Features may change as we improve the app.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use NOTIVIVE.

2. Free trial

New users get a 7-day trial of the full experience, with no ads and no payment details required. When it ends, you choose Premium or Free. Nothing is charged automatically at the end of the trial.

3. Premium subscription

• Premium is a monthly subscription purchased through Google Play. The price is shown in Google Play in your local currency before you confirm (in the US, $4.99/month).
• It renews automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel. Google Play charges your payment method and handles billing.
• Cancel anytime in Google Play (Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Premium stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
• Refunds are handled under Google Play’s refund policies. If something went wrong, email us and we’ll help.
• If we ever change the price, Google Play will notify you in advance as required.

4. Free mode

Free mode remains useful and includes a small number of clearly labeled sponsor cards inside the app. Sponsor content never appears in notifications.

5. Not medical advice

NOTIVIVE offers general information and small, optional suggestions. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice and is not a treatment for any condition. Move and Reset suggestions are optional; skip anything that doesn’t feel right for your body or situation. If you have health concerns, talk to a qualified professional.

6. Estimates are estimates

Attention Reclaimed, the Attention Pulse, and other insights are estimates based on limited on-device signals. They are meant to be helpful, not precise measurements, and shouldn’t be relied on for any decision where accuracy matters.

7. AI-generated content

Some content is generated by AI. We filter it for quality and safety, but it can occasionally be wrong or unhelpful. Use your judgment, and let us know if something seems off.

8. Acceptable use

Please don’t:

• reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except where the law allows;
• access our servers or APIs other than through the app, or try to overload, probe, or bypass their limits;
• use NOTIVIVE to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.

We may suspend access to our online features if they are being misused.

9. Ownership

NOTIVIVE, its logo, the app, and its content belong to NOTIVIVE or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you control, under these terms and Google Play’s terms.

10. No warranty

We work hard to make NOTIVIVE reliable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some interruptions may not arrive (for example, because of battery optimizations or quiet hours), and that’s by design.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, NOTIVIVE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of NOTIVIVE. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for NOTIVIVE in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

12. Ending

You can stop using NOTIVIVE at any time by uninstalling it (and cancelling any subscription in Google Play). We may end or change these terms or the service with reasonable notice where possible.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the federal laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

NOTIVIVE is offered worldwide, wherever Google Play distributes it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection or data-protection laws that cannot be waived by contract — including in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Brazil, Canada, Australia, India, Japan, South Korea and every U.S. state. If a provision is unenforceable where you live, the rest of these terms still apply.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll change the effective date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app before they apply.
